PRODUCT RETURNS


It is possible to return a product as long as the product is unworn and unwashed, the label is attached, and it is in the same condition in which it was shipped. The product must be returned within 14 days after you receive it. The deadline is determined by the date the product was shipped by the customer.

If there is a defect with your product, we would like to offer you the most pleasant solution possible. Therefore, please always contact us first by email at: info@atelier-odenoir.com before returning your order.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you are welcome to return it to us. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the invoice amount to the payment method you have chosen.

The cost of return shipping must be borne by the buyer.

We have decided not to charge the shipping cost in Germany when the customer buys a product, it will be shipped for free, but we ask our customers to pay the shipping cost when returning the product.
