Germany

Postal Shipping Berlin and rest of Germany.

All our products are shipped via DPD, Deutsche Post, or DHL (The shipping method can be selected during checkout). A tracking number will be attached to your order.

Some products may be offered with different shipping values at certain times. This will be informed on the product page itself.

**** Please leave us a written loss/damage report within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery in writing via email.

If we do not receive the loss/damage notification, and the required documentation within this period, loss/damage liability may not be possible. ****

EU

Postal Shipping Europe.

All our products will be sent via UPS, Hermes, DPD or Deutsche Post/DHL to all European countries. A tracking number will be attached to your order. 

The value of the shipment is calculated depending on the category of product.

In case of purchasing multiple products, the value of the highest category will be charged.

All our products are shipped via UPS/Deutsche Post/DHL to the rest of the world. A tracking number will be attached to your order.

International shipping – depending on the value of the goods, items may be cleared through customs.
We declare the value of the goods and have to comply with the legal regulations concerning customs declaration.

Please note the following as a buyer:
– Delays may occur due to customs inspections.
– There may be import duties and taxes that must be paid by the buyer.
– There may be commission fees payable on delivery.
